Mindful Movement: An Introductory Yoga Workshop

A fundamental yogic workshop to explore the foundations of breathwork and poses for beginner yoga practitioners.

Throughout this 2 hour workshop we will explore breath and movement and the intrinsic link between the two. By developing a deep understanding of the most basic postures and breathing techniques, we will create a basic knowledge of how to safely begin or continue your journey with yoga. Freedom of expression is a key element of this workshop and there will be opportunities for organic movement throughout, incorporating dance-like elements and flows. This workshop is great for anyone who is just discovering yoga, curious about it at all or who wants to continue exploring their current practice. Ending with a 15 minute soundbath (Electric Sound Bath) of ethereal and electronic grooves sure to set you into a state of pure bliss.
