Weve talked a bunch with the BLM/Rangers and it is mandatory that everyone individually agree to the “leave no trace” rules and only use the portable toilets.
As the BLM people were apt to say:
“In the arid desert environment, solid human waste decomposes very slowly. All human waste should be carried out in a reusable porta-potty (which can be emptied at an RV dump station).A campsite can quickly be transformed into a large "cat box" by just one party utilizing the "cat hole" method of disposal. Just imagine how many groups of people will use that same campsite in one season--day after day. Due to a lack of cleansing rain, urine and its odor remain in the arid inorganic soils of the canyon for a long time. “

So we need at least one porta-potty delivered for every 20 people attending. 
The portable toilets will be there from Saturday afternoon until Monday afternoon so feel free to use them anytime during that duration if you are staying longer.

We are not selling drinks or anything else and are not charging admission so
everyone attending needs to chip in $10 for a portable toilet share.
everyone who will be at the campsite must individually go to the site below
and pay themselves as that acknowledges they have agreed to only use the Portable toilets and are fully aware of all the other rules.
This means everyone attending, including all artists,musicians, and friends individually.

No one can buy more then one portable toilet share and everyone
must buy their own, no exceptions. BLM rules need everyone
not directly related to be responsible for using the portable toilet themselves,
(et al, children would not need to get their own.)
We only send the directions to the site to people who pay the portable toilet share. Sorry to be so strict about this, we just want to make sure the land gets treated right and that we can do more in the future.
